All products are printed and shipped on demand using third-party providers such as Printify and its production partners. Orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days after purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and item type.

4. Tracking Information

A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to activate after fulfillment.

5. International Orders

We ship internationally. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Multiple Packages

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on which fulfillment center produced them.

7. Delivery Issues

Iron and Oath is not liable for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Lost or delayed shipments due to postal or customs issues

Delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events

Return Policy (Defective Items Only)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re here to help.

To request a replacement:

Include your order number and clear photo(s) of the issue.

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not require defective items to be returned, but we may ask for additional evidence to process your claim.
